At BHIVE Workspace, we're seeking an experienced Team Lead - Retail Sales to drive workspace sales efforts and lead a team of Business Development Managers. This role is ideal for those with 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inside sales, small-ticket seat sales, and exposure to day pass sales. Experience working with channel partners and familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of Business Development Managers, focusing on optimizing inbound lead conversion and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management: Manage a team of 3-5 Business Development Managers, set clear objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  2. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
  3. Collaboration with Channel Partners: Collaborate with channel partners to generate new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
  • Experience working with channel partners is required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
