Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Manager - Enterprise Business to join our team at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets as per the approved plan.
  • Introduce innovative measures to improve account wallet share by cross-selling and up-selling services across ACT Markets.
  • Manage a team of 5+ members and be responsible for their performance and development.
  • Maintain good rapport with key accounts and work on improving NPS scores.
  • Work with Service delivery and other functions to ensure committed service levels.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (depending on experience). Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary.
