Sales Strategy Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Manager - Enterprise Business to join our team at Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients and achieve sales targets as per the approved plan.
- Introduce innovative measures to improve account wallet share by cross-selling and up-selling services across ACT Markets.
- Manage a team of 5+ members and be responsible for their performance and development.
- Maintain good rapport with key accounts and work on improving NPS scores.
- Work with Service delivery and other functions to ensure committed service levels.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum (depending on experience). Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary.
