The Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of National Sales and Strategy to lead our sales team and drive business growth across India. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and contribute to our success. As Executive Director of National Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, monitoring sales performance metrics, and providing regular reports to our CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals, stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and business cycles.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to achieve their targets.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address them.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹30,00,000, based on national averages and industry standards.
