National Sales Director - Government Sector Job Description

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our government sales efforts at E2E Networks Limited. This is a full-time position that requires at least 10 years of experience in software sales within the government sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead sales operations across various government accounts in different regions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base in designated geographical areas and verticals.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and ensure effective account management.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in software sales within the government sector.
  • MBA or engineering degree with a specialization in sales and marketing.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with system integrators and customers.
  • Experience with tendering processes of PSUs and government agencies.
  • Proficiency in navigating the Govt Gem Portal from both supplier and customer perspectives.
Salary Package

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
