Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Director at QR678 in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for managing sales activities, leading the sales team, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management to drive business growth.

This role reports to the Vice President of QR678.

Key Responsibilities:

1) The Senior Sales Director-Business Development will lead the Internal Sales Team, Outsourced Sales Team, Channel Partners, Distribution Channel ensuring the strategic alignment of business development initiatives with the company's objectives.

2) This role involves creating the Business Strategies, Design and Drive the Developmental Activities. The candidate should have the ability to set and drive the Sales Target, Grow the Business Exponentially through multiple channels in a fast changing and dynamic environment.

3) The candidate will be responsible for the Hiring, Developing and Retaining the immediate and extended team members.

4) The knowledge and skills of Key Account Management is essential for this role.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

* A graduate degree with minimum 15 years of experience out of which minimum 10 years of experience in People Management Role.

* Candidates having work experiences in Clinical Aesthetic Industry, Cosmetic Industry with National exposure will be preferred.

* Candidates from Pharmaceutical Industry having work experience in Dermatology managing a large geography are also welcome.

* The candidate must have proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

Salary Information:

The annual salary range for this position is INR 30-40 Lakhs. However, the remuneration is negotiable based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
