Our diverse offerings include Alternative Investment Funds across various categories, Portfolio Management Services, and Advisory Services for domestic and global investors.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IFA Sales Specialist to expand our distribution network through strategic partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and financial intermediaries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of PMS and AIF products by building and nurturing relationships with IFAs and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
• Identify and onboard new IFAs and financial intermediaries to expand the distribution network.
• Generate leads for PMS and AIF products through existing and new relationships.
2. Sales Execution:
• Achieve sales targets for PMS and AIF products.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and portfolio reviews with IFAs and their clients.
3. Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
• Provide timely support and product insights to ensure client satisfaction.
4. Product Expertise:
• Act as a subject matter expert on PMS and AIF offerings, staying updated on market trends and product features.
• Educate IFAs and their teams on product benefits, investment strategies, and performance.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or mutual fund distribution. A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while an MBA or CFA is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of achieving sales targets is mandatory.
