Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at BHIVE Workspace. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the co-working space sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for co-working sales
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in the enterprise workspace sector through partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales of co-working spaces
- Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations, including agreements, addendums, and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or workspace sales, with a background in partnerships and project management
- Proven track record in business development, client renewals, and strategic sales in the workspace sector
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience overseeing complex deals and multitasking effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
