Sales Leadership Director

About the RoleAs our AVP Head of Sales, you will be responsible for growing sales and revenue for the organization. This is a senior leadership role that requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic sales leadership.
- Lead the sales function to achieve aggressive revenue growth by building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and closing high-value deals.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets by fostering a performance-driven culture that rewards achievement and innovation.
- Engage directly with key clients to deliver value-based selling strategies and build long-term partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and strengthen existing accounts.
- Oversight of day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency in processes, tools, and reporting, establishing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and target growth opportunities in core service areas, aligning sales goals with market demand and industry trends.
- Cross-functional collaboration with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in the IT services and solutions space, with specific expertise in ServiceNow, Cloud, Data/AI, and Project Management.
- Successful experience in holding similar roles or demonstrating the ability to scale revenue significantly in previous roles.
- The ability to design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Excellent client engagement skills, including articulating business value and negotiating complex deals.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales and revenue growth targets.
