Sales Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Public Sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of customers, developing and implementing sales plans, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Accops solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Public Sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Heads, policymakers, consultants, advisors, partners, and other influencers
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure effective execution of sales plans
  • Manage complex sales campaigns, navigating diverse stakeholder interests and competing priorities
  • Map and maintain relationships at all levels within the government accounts ecosystem

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services sector, with a focus on Public Sector clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and ROI analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Accops products and solutions, as well as complementary hardware and software offerings
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations, including corporate headquarters

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
