At Accops, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Public Sector sales efforts in the North and South regions. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the IT services market.

Sales Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Public Sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of customers, developing and implementing sales plans, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of Accops solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Public Sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT Heads, policymakers, consultants, advisors, partners, and other influencers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure effective execution of sales plans
- Manage complex sales campaigns, navigating diverse stakeholder interests and competing priorities
- Map and maintain relationships at all levels within the government accounts ecosystem
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science)
- 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT services sector, with a focus on Public Sector clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques, processes, and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Accops products and solutions, as well as complementary hardware and software offerings
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and other locations, including corporate headquarters
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12-18 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
