We are a forward-thinking company seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. Salary: ₹25-35 Lacs per annum

About the JobJob Description:

The Enterprise Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, with experience in enterprise sales, lending, or financial services. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts
  • Tracking and analyzing team performance metrics and implementing training and development programs to improve sales skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on lending or financial services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of the lending industry, including digital lending, loan products, and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
