**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business development with enterprise clients in key industries such as retail, hospitality, real estate, and finance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify and target potential accounts in the mentioned industries.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, managing all stages from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and forecasts to senior management.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the retail, hospitality, real estate, or financial services industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.

**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
