Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Digital Growth Strategist to spearhead the growth of our udyaME platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies, forging partnerships, and implementing initiatives for sustainable growth.

  • Align product roadmap with the unique needs of rural micro-entrepreneurs.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote enterprise support services and expand user network.
  • Foster strategic partnerships to elevate the udyaME brand and drive collaborative growth.
  • Drive business outcomes, including customer acquisition, revenue growth, and delivery of platform-based products and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate diploma/degree in Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Four to six years of relevant experience in MSME development, digital product sales, rural enterprise promotion, or microfinance.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of micro-entrepreneurship and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and salary history. The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25 lakhs to ₹35 lakhs per annum, depending on your background and performance.
