Job Description: Enterprise Growth StrategistAs an Enterprise Growth Strategist at NxtWave, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth. You will engage with parents and students, conduct demo sessions, and drive enrollment in our NIAT (NxtWave Industry-Aligned Training) program.
Key Responsibilities:- Demo Sessions & Presentations: Conduct demo sessions for parents and students, showcasing the benefits of NxtWave's NIAT product and how it prepares students for high-paying tech roles.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with parents and students to understand their aspirations and needs, guiding them toward making informed decisions about enrolling in NIAT.
- Sales Funnel Management: Manage the sales funnel effectively, from lead nurturing to enrollment closure.
- Enrollment Conversion: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets by converting demo session attendees into program participants.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families, ensuring a positive experience from the demo session to enrollment.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to guide stakeholders toward making decisions.
- Fluency in English, along with proficiency in Tamil.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving high conversion rates.
