About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team as a Key Account Manager at Softcell Technologies Global Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi.

Job Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts by aligning our IT solutions with the business goals of your clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Account Management: Manage relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account expansion and reaching annual revenue goals.

  • Business Development: Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, up-selling and cross-selling Softcell's IT solutions.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned accounts.

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in IT sales or account management, preferably in the Large and Mid-Market enterprise segments.

  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT solutions, including System Integration, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, and Cybersecurity.

  • Sales and Relationship Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans.
