Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Growth Strategist to join our team at Aliaxis. As an Area Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned geographic area.

About the Role

In this role, you will identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to maximize short- and long-term sales and earnings, and promote Aliaxis's presence in the assigned area. You will also be responsible for managing sales teams and developing business across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales growth strategies to drive revenue expansion in the assigned area
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and hit performance metrics
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Analyze sales performance and market trend data to inform business decisions

Requirements

To succeed as an Area Growth Strategist, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree and above in a relevant field
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in institutional and government sales
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Fluency in English and local language

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
