About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Ridhira Group - Building World's largest Wellness Communities. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in business development, growth strategy, and team leadership to drive revenue growth and expand our wellness communities.

Job Summary:

The Senior Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the wellness and hospitality industry. You will work closely with our internal teams to establish new outlets, develop strategic relationships with potential clients, and plan and execute effective sales strategies to attract and secure new business.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the wellness and hospitality industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You should also be proactive, results-driven, and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the wellness and hospitality industry.
  • Work closely with internal teams to establish new outlets, develop strategic relationships with potential clients, and plan and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify and research potential clients (Hotels, Malls, High Street locations) and new market opportunities for setting up Wellness Spas.
  • Negotiate and sign off contracts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct presentations and spa centre visits to showcase venue options and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the wellness, retail and hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the wellness and hospitality industry, including market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum.
