About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven account manager to join our team in New Delhi, India. As an Enterprise Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with strategic enterprise accounts, driving business growth by aligning Softcell's IT solutions with customer business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Take ownership of managing relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by uncovering new opportunities within existing accounts, up-selling and cross-selling Softcell's IT solutions.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue goals within assigned accounts, leveraging consultative selling techniques.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in IT sales or account management, preferably in Large and Mid-Market enterprise segments.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT solutions, including System Integration, Cloud Computing, Enterprise Software, and Cybersecurity.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
