Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Strategist to join our team at Leads 'N Latte. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation and managing multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple clients across various industries and develop tailored strategies to drive growth and conversion.
  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation through outbound campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Create fail-proof messaging strategies that compel potential customers to take action.
  • Develop trust relationships with clients to ensure retention and long-term success.
Requirements:
  • Experience in B2B lead generation with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident, persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.

Estimated Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, working hours are from 10 am to 6:30 pm.
