Sales Development Manager - Enterprise Accounts
Estimated salary: 49,743 PLN per month.
About the role:
The primary responsibilities for this position are to identify and mature major corporate accounts into key accounts through sustained engagement, drive additional revenue through up-selling and cross-selling at existing enterprise accounts, elevate the overall client experience, invest in the team, and play a major role in company growth.
About the candidate:
We are looking for a Sales Development Manager with at least 5 years of experience in business development for a 3rd party commercial laboratory in Polymer, Electricals, Environmental or project-related sales. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of field sales experience with successful proven results, including profitable sales performance and sales growth.
Required skills and qualifications:
A graduate or postgraduate degree in Management is required. The candidate should be able to confidently interact with CXO level executives and be equally comfortable dealing with Managers and Recruiters. They should also be proactive in seeking out opportunities for growth, care about clients' best interests, and act as an internal advocate for the client base.
