Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand our sales network.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with channel partners through consistent communication and support.
- Maintaining an updated database of active and potential channel partners.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Sales enablement and target achievement, including converting leads into sales and meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
- Utilizing CRM tools to track, manage, and monitor partner leads, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Generating and reviewing CRM reports to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to design and execute channel partner campaigns and promotions.
- Conducting market research to identify potential channel partners and assessing competitors' strategies.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in channel partner sales, business development, or real estate sales.
- Strong sales acumen, including understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and performance reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with partners.
- A team player capable of working closely with internal teams and external partners.
