Channel Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Development Manager to join our team at Navvyasa Consulting.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding sales channels and enhancing distribution networks in the solar or battery sectors. Responsibilities include identifying, onboarding, and managing new distributors, developing strategies to expand the retail network, driving frontline team productivity, and achieving targeted market share through effective sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably from solar or battery sectors.
- Proven ability to grow sales channels and enhance distribution networks.
- Skilled in managing distributor relationships and optimizing distribution strategies.
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in channel sales, specifically in solar or battery sectors, with a strong understanding of distribution networks and retail management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and expand sales teams while achieving and exceeding targets.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
