Job Title: Channel Sales Lead

About the Role: Negen Polysolutions Pvt ltd is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level sales management role with a competitive salary range of 8-10 lacs per annum.

Responsibilities:

  1. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams in channel sales across various industries, including pipe industry, ceramics, and carpets.
  2. Surveying market trends and analyzing customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  3. Effective team handling and leadership skills to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  4. Generating sales revenue through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
  5. Developing and executing sales enablement plans for assigned channels to drive business results.
  6. Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Providing training opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  8. Motivating and empowering the team to achieve their best performance.
  9. Managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
