Job Title: Channel Sales Lead
About the Role: Negen Polysolutions Pvt ltd is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level sales management role with a competitive salary range of 8-10 lacs per annum.
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams in channel sales across various industries, including pipe industry, ceramics, and carpets.
- Surveying market trends and analyzing customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Effective team handling and leadership skills to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Generating sales revenue through strategic partnerships and negotiations.
- Developing and executing sales enablement plans for assigned channels to drive business results.
- Reviewing and analyzing sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing training opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Motivating and empowering the team to achieve their best performance.
- Managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
