Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive sales growth through various channels, and ensure alignment with our overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, including brokers, agents, and other real estate stakeholders.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our real estate offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the real estate sector.
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and support channel initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on channel performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing field.
- 5-8 years of experience in channel sales management, specifically within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through partnerships and channel management.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
