Channel Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Strategist to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth for our channel partners across India.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with leading technologies such as Microsoft, Veeam, and AWS, while selling a variety of services. You will partner with the biggest names in software vendor management, including Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Symantec, VMware, IBM, and Oracle. Your primary objective will be to support our customers by delivering extensive end-to-end services intended to accelerate their digital transformations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Microsoft CSP Business, AWS operations, and Service business models. They will also possess proven expertise in lead generation and a strong focus on attracting new channel partners. Additionally, they will have expertise in selling cloud services and demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you will:
- Drive growth for Channel Partners across India
- Engage with Crayon's new and existing channel partners to enhance their profitability and operational efficiency
- Comprehend each partner's value proposition, identifying how Crayon services and vendor portfolio can maximize their profitability
- Develop sales growth strategies, including target market identification and aligning Crayon offerings to market needs
- Participate in reviewing proposal deliverables to ensure they meet customer expectations and requirements

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in similar business areas, such as vendors, services providers, system integrators, or ISVs
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field relevant to the role
- Proven expertise in managing Microsoft CSP Business, AWS operations, and Service business models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
