Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Strategist will be responsible for generating new leads, presenting product offerings to prospective clients, and negotiating terms and pricing. The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Sales Presentations: Present product/service offerings to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition, and addressing customer needs.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to management.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation Abilities: Ability to persuade and negotiate with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Time Management & Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Cold Calling: Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
