Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Strategist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and implementing social media strategies, optimizing clients' social media presence, and creating content for social media channels. They will also be responsible for communicating regularly with clients and maintaining relationships with them.

Main Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining the company's brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts
  • Analyzing engagement data
  • Identifying trends in customer interactions
  • Planning digital campaigns to build community online
  • Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media
  • Promoting products, services, and content over social media
  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Hootsuite and Tweet Deck
Requirements
  • Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent teamworking, collaboration, and networking skills
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects
  • Project and campaign management skills
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving too
Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in developing content strategy and creating content for social media channels
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience with social media management tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in managing social media campaigns for businesses is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly

The estimated salary for this role is ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and considering the company's requirements.
