Job Title: Senior Sales Strategist - Distribution Network Development

At Navvyasa Consulting, we're seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Strategist - Distribution Network Development to spearhead our channel sales efforts and drive growth in underserved markets.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of distribution networks, retail management, and market dynamics. With at least 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the solar or battery sectors, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategies to expand our distribution network and increase market reach.
  • Managing distributor relationships to optimize distribution strategies and enhance sales channels.
  • Leading the frontline team to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on productivity and performance metrics.
  • Formulating and implementing effective sales plans to achieve targeted market share.
  • Overseeing new product launches in designated markets to maximize visibility and revenue.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to implement marketing plans and boost product awareness. Your strong leadership and team management skills will enable you to set and monitor team KPIs, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in channel sales, specifically in solar or battery sectors, with a strong understanding of distribution networks and retail management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and expand sales teams while achieving and exceeding targets.
