We are a leading MNC logistics corporate based in Germany, and we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding the sales targets and budget allocations.
  • Map the market and maintain up-to-date intelligence on customers in the region.
  • Develop a prioritised target customer list and focus sales effort to penetrate and grow the target customers.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Maintain a book of business as agreed.
  • Work on integrated solutions for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Ensure 100% CRM adoption and maintain pipeline as per budget.
  • Add new customers as agreed.
  • Focus on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and collections.
  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for critical customers to assess performance and opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business of critical customers to aid customer retention.
  • Ensure effective communication with Pricing and Operations teams on any opportunities, challenges, and alternative options for improved pricing strategies.
