Territory Sales Strategist

At Pidilite Industries Limited, we are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Strategist to join our team.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary of ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for achieving overall sales objectives, primary sales targets and secondary targets in DRCP outlets across assigned WSS TTY. This includes achieving specific product-wise sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis as per plan.
In addition, the Territory Sales Strategist will be required to:
- Understand WSS management functions such as WSS policy enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggest corrective actions in case of exceptions.
- Support secondary in ISR-covered outlets.
- Maintain strong trade relationships by delivering secondary targets in top outlets through superior engagement and tie-up programs.
- Engage with end-users through activities like naka meets, RKP, and formal meets as per plan.
- Enroll new users in RTG programs and encourage them to earn higher points every month.
