**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly accomplished, high-performing sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans, and executing them by meeting revenue goals and targets.

**Location:** Chennai/Bangalore

As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion. You will be accountable for acquiring new customers, building strong business relationships with key accounts, and continuously seeking new opportunities to grow business within the territory.

**Responsibilities:

  • Experience of 8 to 15 years in selling professional services or staffing services in the US market.
  • A proven track record of acquiring new customers for staffing services, including end/direct customers and/or national staffing vendors and/or mid- to large systems integrators and/or large Indian SI's.
  • Build strong business relationships with key accounts and continuously seek new opportunities to grow business within the territory.
  • A successful track record of scaling acquired accounts to achieve a sustained run rate business of $5M USD or more YoY or scale head count to 50 plus within the first year and scale further by 50% YoY.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and recruiting delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relations.
  • Local market knowledge and a strong network of contacts/accounts.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

**Estimated Salary Range:** ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (approx.) based on industry standards and relevant experience.
