Job Description: Corporate Sales Specialist - Channel Sales

Location: Delhi/NCR

Reports To: Business Development Head/ Regional Head

We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate Sales Specialist to spearhead the expansion and oversight of our strategic partnerships with insurance, broker, and TPA entities in the Indian market. This role requires a deep understanding of indirect sales processes and strategies, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships.
  3. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively.
  5. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space.
  6. Navigate conversations with clients by highlighting our unique selling points that best suit their needs.
  7. Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and products and develop a sales strategy to maintain market edge.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses significant and relevant B2B experience in Indirect/ Channel sales working with Insurance, Brokerage, and TPA sectors or core B2B Direct/Corporate sales experience.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of indirect/direct sales processes and strategies.
  • Exhibits strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Displays highly articulate business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to roll up the sleeves and deliver results at all costs.
