We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at MATRIX ENERGY DISTRIBUTION PVT LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the company's overall success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. To achieve and drive volume and margin targets of the geography, including cash flows and collection and credit, by leading a team of territory managers.
  2. To ensure capability development in DSR position in the market for MAK LUBRICANTS.
  3. To drive disciplined ways of working, lead motive, and manage the performance of frontline teams.
  4. To put in place the infrastructure required in the assigned area or zone to achieve the target provided by BPCL and its distributor, reporting weekly in office to the Team Manager.
  5. To retain and grow existing channel partners and markets and develop a futuristic, solid, and sustainable pipeline of indirect channel partners to be prospected.
  6. To plan and execute clear criteria around partner selection, onboarding, performance management, managing channel conflict, and ensuring distributors' ROI as per their financial and operational goals while staying compliant with legal governance.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in lubricant sales or relevant industries, with a proven track record of handling people management and meeting targets. A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and projects.

We offer a competitive salary package, with a base salary of ₹1,44,000 PA and an incentive bonus of up to ₹36,000 PA, depending on performance. The total compensation package is up to ₹1,80,000 PA.
