About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Presentation and demonstration of G&G Innovations' products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Requirements

To be successful as a Sales Business Development Representative, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
