Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead our channel sales efforts in Delhi and Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the building materials industry, with a focus on door control, door automation, access control, and glass fittings. They will be responsible for closely working with the Sales Manager Distribution (XLC) to deliver sales results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing People and Org. capabilities through training and development programs
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers to build collaboration and team leadership skills
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends and customer needs to drive sales growth and revenue

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in business development or sales. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
