The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs and expectations, providing effective solutions and resolving client concerns, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing client feedback to suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Analyze client feedback to suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fresher to 2 years of experience in client management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
