About the Role

Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment) in Delhi is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join its team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments.

  • Manage the profit and loss statement (P&L) to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable with data analysis and have strong problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹8,00,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits.
