Flyzy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B sector. Your strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and other B2B partners.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials that attract B2B clients. Your ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings to business clients will be crucial in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive B2B sales and achieve revenue goals
  • Buid and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communications
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Generate and analyze sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex product offerings to business clients
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting

What We Offer:

Flyzy offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced team, where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.
