Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Leader to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth through new business prospecting and account planning across mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and client operations teams to develop and execute lead generation activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 7 years of experience in acquiring and/or farming mid/enterprise corporate customers.
  • Prior experience in hunting and converting enterprise-scale business is a must.
  • Experience managing a team of sales managers is preferred.
  • Ambition, competitiveness, and determination to hit KPIs and push your team to achieve their KPIs as well.
  • Passion for Jify's mission to change the landscape of financial wellness for the employed workforce.
  • High ownership with the ability to take on ambitious targets and see them through.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Research skills and the ability to translate industry knowledge into digestible information for your audience.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills (or equivalent software).

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
