Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to drive our business-to-consumer (B2C) sales efforts within the rapidly growing field of educational technology (Edtech). The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, define target customer segments, and establish sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and direct sales. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously optimize the B2C sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline sales operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting premium products and services, and maximizing customer lifetime value. Monitor sales performance and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in B2C sales leadership roles within the Edtech industry or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Sales Automation Tools: Knowledge of sales automation tools and CRM systems.
- Passion for Education: Passion for education and a deep understanding of the Edtech landscape.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
