About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across India.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
- Closely collaborate with the Clinical Affairs department to support post-marketing surveillance activities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Effectively manage customer requirements by speaking with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs.
- Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales forecasts for targeted products.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioengineering.
- Experience Required:
- Must have experience in sales of heart/brain equipment, particularly brain or cardiac implants.
- Candidates with experience only in diagnostic or pharmaceutical industries will not be considered.
Preferred Candidate
- Must be located in Delhi NCR.
- Should be capable of working independently as there is no team or office in India.
Estimated Salary
Rupees 15-20 Lacs per annum (fixed) + incentives.
Note
- The company's product is related to brain implants.
- Candidates with frequent job changes will not be shortlisted unless they have a valid and genuine reason.
- The role requires candidates who are self-motivated and can independently manage their responsibilities in India.
