Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Professional with a strong background in selling to medical colleges and medical equipment manufacturing companies in India. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships within the medical education and equipment manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote MadVR's VR-based surgical simulators to medical colleges and equipment manufacturing companies.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers, including Heads of Departments (HODs), procurement teams, and senior management in medical colleges and related industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the medical education and equipment sectors.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to the needs of medical colleges and equipment manufacturers.
  • Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent MadVR Solutions and network with potential clients.
  • Travel across India to meet clients and provide in-person demonstrations of the VR Surgical Simulator to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal product, R&D, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and presentations based on client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver on key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Provide detailed feedback from clients to help shape product development and improvements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, specifically targeting medical colleges and medical equipment manufacturing companies in India.
  • Deep understanding of the medical education and equipment industry, including key players and market trends.
  • Strong network of contacts within medical colleges and equipment manufacturers.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using AI-driven tools for sales and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India for client meetings, demos, and conferences.
