Medical Sales Professional for Innovative Surgical Products

We are seeking a skilled Medical Sales Professional to join our team at Medtronic. This exciting opportunity is for a Territory Manager who will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, driving business growth, and introducing new products to the market.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical equipment or medical device industry. A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field is required, while a PG degree in Business Management is preferred. Exceptional interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work autonomously are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, recommending marketing activities, establishing long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and medical associations, and acting as a medical-scientific expert between Medtronic and the medical community.
