We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Business Development Professional to join our team in Delhi. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your business acumen and industry expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the medical surgical market.
About the Role:- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the medical surgical segment.
- Develop strategic business plans and go-to-market strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, purchasing managers, and distributors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new product launches, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Sales Support and Training:
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell medical surgical products.
- Support sales efforts through product presentations, demonstrations, and participation in key customer meetings and events.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities within the medical surgical segment.
- Bachelor's degree in B.tech/B.pharma/B.sc; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical devices or surgical products.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the medical surgical market landscape, including knowledge of key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical mindset, capable of translating market insights into actionable business plans.
Rupees 20-25 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
