Key Responsibilities
Your primary function will be to maximize the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems by developing a tailored sales plan for your local market. This will involve becoming a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures and positioning yourself as a partner in the development of surgical teams.
You'll work closely with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to develop and execute a plan that effectively integrates the da Vinci system at new customer sites, ensuring ongoing commitment to the system. Additionally, you'll drive utilization of the da Vinci by partnering with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases and ensure consistent usage of the system.
Apart from driving continuous expansion of the user base, you'll also be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as reporting sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you'll need a proven track record in sales, preferably with a surgical device company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to travel up to 50% of the time, dependent upon account distribution. Fluency in English and local language is required.
A graduate with a Master's degree is preferred, but not mandatory. Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus, as is knowledge of the Operating Room environment and a clinical foundation to grow from.
What We Offer
