Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join us as a Senior Territory Business Developer or Regional Sales Director for ELT. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of university and Higher Education Institution (HEI) accounts, driving sales revenue, and developing new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Territory Business Developer or Regional Sales Director for ELT, you will be accountable for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the ELT vertical;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities and HEIs, including decision-makers and influencers;
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations that align with our company's goals and objectives;
  • Managing and retaining existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective communication with customers;
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and drive business growth;
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to track progress against targets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Master's degree in sales, business management, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the Higher Education sector;
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced sales environment;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop effective solutions;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes;
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, deadlines, and market conditions.
