About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and manage cost of sales for the ELT vertical in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and retain university and Higher Education Institution accounts to drive sales revenue.
  • Manage and execute sales plans in alignment with Cambridge University Press & Assessment India and the Vertical's goals.
  • Support sales functions, ensure sales capability building for the vertical in India, and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in sales, business management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Proven track record of fueling business growth, with experience in managing large distributors and a strong understanding of the Indian market.
