Territory Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue and manage cost of sales for the ELT vertical in the assigned territory.
- Develop and retain university and Higher Education Institution accounts to drive sales revenue.
- Manage and execute sales plans in alignment with Cambridge University Press & Assessment India and the Vertical's goals.
- Support sales functions, ensure sales capability building for the vertical in India, and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in sales, business management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Proven track record of fueling business growth, with experience in managing large distributors and a strong understanding of the Indian market.
