Job Role: Sales Territory Manager

Waypham India Pvt Ltd seeks a highly motivated Sales Territory Manager to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with distribution processes, and developing key relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales target achievements - monthly, quarterly, yearly for volume, growth, and productivity.
  • Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by the RSM and PMT.
  • Ensure complete compliance of distribution processes and activities, including maintaining adequate inventories at the distributor level, timely placing of distributor orders, and timely payment follow-up.
  • Ensure daily calls to doctors, chemists, and distributors as per the norms fixed by management.
  • Daily retail audit and updating data for developing a profiled customer list of the territory.
  • Developing key opinion leaders (I-way doctors) and customer conversions for expanding the market and revenues.
  • Daily reporting through the CBO ERP app.
  • Coordinating and organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharma, D. Pharma, or MBA qualification.
  • Fresher with strong academic records can apply for the Territory Sales Executive position.
  • Strong communication skills to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
  • Super-self motivation, go-getter, and can-do attitude.
  • Job Location: Kolkata, Delhi, Noida, Gorakhpur.
