Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Lead to lead our sales efforts in the food industry, targeting Food Export Companies, Domestic Packed Food Businesses, Food D2C and Ecommerce Companies, Hotels, QSRs, Catering companies, and International Food Companies.

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to our diverse target markets, driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for setting up processes and building a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting key food industry segments.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in food companies to establish trust and highlight digitisation of regulatory labelling as a transformative solution.
  • Recruit and groom the next sales superstars.
  • Work closely with product and technical teams to address customer pain points.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies, including upsell, cross sell, and reducing enquiry-to-conversion time periods.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to refine the sales approach.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the B2B SaaS or food industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, particularly in software and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and make informed decisions.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a fixed and target-linked compensation package, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
