Job Title: Head of Enterprise Sales - Software Solutions

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales to join our team at InfoEdge. This role involves leading complex sales cycles, acquiring new enterprise client logos, building and managing a sales organization, and driving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex sales cycles involving several stakeholders and intra-organizational teams.
  • Acquire new enterprise client logos from target industries in Pan India.
  • Build and manage a sales organization of competent and motivated sales professionals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecasts, MIS, and track key metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Connect with and lead meetings with CXO level members, especially the heads of sales, customer service, COO, CDO, among others.
  • Earn conversions from pilots to full-scale customer launches and from full-scale launches to annual renewals/cross-sales in collaboration with the sales, customer success, content, engineering, and product teams.
  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in selling B2B enterprise solutions (preferably enterprise software) to industries with a large field.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing sales organizations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with CXO level members.
  • Eye for detail and quality-conscious while interacting with clients.
  • Proactive and operationally excellent, with the ability to make things happen.

Salary: ₹50 lakhs - ₹70 lakhs per annum (dependent on experience).
