Senior Sales Executive

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our international sales team in Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for retaining and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role, with a solid track record of delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Retain and grow existing accounts revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Map all existing accounts with key stakeholders.
- Build relationships through extensive networking and establish healthy relationships with CXOs.
- Owning the sales cycle from start to finish.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Develop strategic business expansion plans with CSMs.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
- 5+ years of closing Enterprise SaaS Experience in marketing technology space, with emphasis on email and marketing automation.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
